After waiting 90 minutes for one pizza (confirmation email said 30-40) I called the store for a status update. One employee told me my order had been completed. The manager then told me it was en route and that the delay was caused by new employees working the phones who misquoted my delivery time; however, I ordered online. While on the phone, the pizza arrived. The driver claimed he tried to call me earlier but my number was inactive, although I was using that very phone to speak to his boss. The pizza was cold and completely dried out. If you want to wait 90 minutes, and be lied to by multiple employees in exchange for an inedible pizza, this is the spot for you!

Today our office decided to order pizza since it was snowing. it took us three hours to get! called twice, we were lied to and told that it was on its way twice, then an hour later we finally got a call from the driver who aid he had just left. I told the gentleman on the phone that I knew the roads were bad and that was part of the reason the pizza was late but he proceeded to interrupt me and tell me the roads were not bad. THEN WHY IS OUR PIZZA NOT HERE YET? I don;t think they should tell people 45min to an hour if it is going to take 21/2 to 3 hours. Then when the drive FINALLY showed up the pizza was freezing cold and told us that it was just a very poorly managed store. will never order from here again.

Sorry i can't go higher. Ordered online ( i LOVE that)... got the food within 45 minutes. THe chicken smelled strange to me... I can't describe it... I had chicken strips....and they didn't taste too good. The pizza was good... I usually prefer the crust and the garlic sauce on my pizza's. yum. The pizza sause wasn't great... but ok. We had dessert which was a cinimony/frosting mix on the bread stix... it was good. We ate it, it was hot and fast... just could have been better....I just think that if I were Papa John's I would take the time to compare my pizza to those in the area.... see if you are better..... I would order one from all area's within a 5-8 mil radius.... and try a piece of each....

The confirmation email said 30 - 40 minutes. I called at 55 minutes. The rude person on the phone said it was 45 min. I told her, no, the confirmation was for 30 - 40 and it is now 55. She said they give no compensation unless it is an hour. Of course, the driver showed up at 58 minutes. The pizza was bland. Driver didn't bother to bring pepper or cheese to the door. I had already tipped. Let's see, $50 for two bad pizzas, late delivery and rude service from the person on the phone. And all this to a person who owned and operated two pizza restaurants successfully in another state. Driver said she would see what she could do - but I won't hold my breath.

People like Justin b need to realize that delivery drivers bring what you order online. I used to manage papa johns and people mess up their orders all the time and instead of admitting they were wrong they expect free shit. The store itself well not change your order unless you call us and tell us too. So if you are internet or app challenged I have a crazy idea for you... call the store. Like you said Justin its just pizza why scam a company. If you can't afford papa johns go to black jack. I promise you this location (the second busiest location in colorado) will not suffer from the lack of your orders.

The people at this store are idiots. Both of the last two times I've ordered through the app they've delivered the wrong pizza, gotten the sauce wrong on another, forgotten the soda both times. And when I ask them to go back and get the soda I ordered the delivery guys were very rude about it. And the last time it took him 45 minutes to come back...with the WRONG SODA!!! You have to do better than this people. It's pizza. Not brain surgery.

We order from this location for delivery once or twice a month. I LOVE the app for ordering and it's always arrived within the quoted time. It's always hot, the toppings are always fresh and they've never messed up our order. For delivery, it's definitely our favorite amongst the chains- thus 5 stars when I'm comparing it to other chain delivery. (I've never used a local delivery place so I have nothing to compare there- I always do takeout or eat in for local pizza places.) The drivers are always courteous and pleasant, even when the weather is crappy (which is usually when we order). I love the Papa rewards and have earned myself a few free pizzas over the last couple years. I also love that they don't limit you on how to redeem your free pizza; we've seriously ordered just our "free" pizza (nothing else), paid the delivery fee and tipped- $5 or $6 bucks for a pizza! Also, there was a time I had an issue earning the proper points on an order, I emailed the corporate customer service and they emailed me back within 24 hours with a customer service oriented solution- another win for Papa John's!

Let me tell you about the last three times I've ordered from this store. The first time I ordered, the pizza was delivered 38 minutes later than the 31-41 minute window they gave us, yes a total of one hour and 19 minutes to get our pizza. The second time we ordered it in the morning for a noon delivery and showed up just shy of 30 minutes after the requested time. Today, did the same thing, ordered it before 10 am for a 12:30 pm delivery and got here at 1:25 pm. Excuses every time I call in, today was someone else in the office ordered a pizza after me and they pushed my delivery back to 1 without asking me if it was ok to delay my delivery and they still showed up at 1:25 pm. This manager should be fired on the spot for running this shop the way it is run.

It was around 7pm on New Year's Eve and my friends and I had just checked into our hotel room at the Marriot DTC. We were starving, so we ordered two large pizzas from this Papa John's. During the order, we were sure to give the employee our phone number. 1.5 hours later, we did not have our pizza, so we called. The delivery girl told us--in a very snobby tone--that she "came to the hotel, but couldn't find us and left." Since she never called the phone number we gave her, we were very confused. We asked her to please come back and after she huffed and puffed about it, she agreed to. She did NOT offer us a discount on our pizza, even though it took more than 2 hours to get to us and at 100% her fault.
